Lisa Tucker’s Bio Teen singing sensation Lisa Tucker is a sixteen year-old high school junior. Lisa was a finalist on Star Search on CBS in January 2003. Lisa was the original “Young Nala” in Disney’s Los Angeles production of “The Lion King”. She performed with Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis, Jr. at the Milken Foundation Educators Award in Washington DC in 2004. Lisa was the recipient of the first “Future Woman of Vision” award. She has performed in Las Vegas, and numerous venues across Southern California, including singing the national anthem at Edison Field and at the Staples Center. Variety Magazine voted Lisa as one of the “Top Ten Talents To Watch.” Lisa plays the piano and the guitar, has held solo concerts, and has gigged at local clubs with her band. Lisa is a two-time winner as a singer on Ed McMahon’s “Next Big Star” T.V. Show.
